I am in the same place. I have a USB Recovery drive configured but the PC will not boot from the USB Drive.

There are no inputs that will allow me to break the loop.

I have done the Window B. Window V.

I have done everything that is listed on these support pages. I need immediate assistance to break this look and get this PC functional.

How can I boot from USB to break the LOOP?
