Hi

We are experiencing the same issue with 14 HP Mini 800 G9 systems. One of the computers has finally stopped freezing at the blue Windows logo screen, but only after reinstalling Windows for the fourth time.

In an attempt to resolve the problem, we first downgraded the device to Windows 10 and then upgraded it back to Windows 11. The issue has occurred across multiple BIOS versions, although all systems have now been updated to the latest BIOS release.

We do not use BitLocker either, and from a hardware perspective everything appears to be functioning perfectly. Hardware diagnostics have not revealed any issues.

We would also appreciate a solution to this problem, as it is affecting multiple devices in our environment.

Hi @m0ck,

Thank you for providing these additional details.

Since you have already ruled out the common hardware and BIOS configuration issues, including RAM, NVMe, BIOS defaults, BitLocker, and BIOS versions, I would not recommend repeating the same troubleshooting steps or reinstalling Windows again.
