I get the blue screen error (see attached photo) upon startup.  I do not see the "screw" you speak of in your illustration.  I never mess with the motherboard so could you be specific in your illustration (indicate the screw) IMG_2454.JPGabout what I am to do to resolve this issue?

Hello, please execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
