Hi Ron ... I wish I had great news for you, but from my experience you will have to FIGHT and FIGHT HARD to get this resolved. I did just about everything humanly possible to fix the problem, but nothing did. And I purchased this AIO directly from the HP website!

[edit]

It sadly took several months but in the end, the tech I was assigned from India was fantastic! His name is George and he was in constant contact with me through every step of resolving. He insisted that I receive a new computer, but it took a lot for him to get this approved. I recieved a replacement and of course - they sent the wrong one and I had to send it back! George felt so badly about this that they replaced the replacement with an upgraded pc. It had a much better processor and a few other extras.

Since receiving the upgraded pc I have not had any issues, and I believe I received it last March or April.

Bottom line for me and all I went through - you will never fix this problem and unless you push, you will not get far with HP. You need a George to step in and do the right thing - whether at Best Buy or HP.

Good luck!
