Hello,
how did they solve the problem? I have the same thing. hp support says I need to replace the motherboard.
I tried to set up "HP Sure". Unfortunately, this failed and now I can no longer get into the bios or the windows.

please stay in your own thread here
And we do not know if it is the same problem in the previous topic , we are not told if it is the windows password, or motherboard
If you've blocked your motherboard, and hp told you to replace it, there's nothing we can do for you here
was this reply helpful , or just say thank you ? Click on the yes button
