I've tried all the required steps needed to reset the bios but my tv is still say no signal. Input in a new harddrive, new cpu and 20 new gigs of ram and a new power supply. I swtxched from the vga cord hdmi. Please O need help.

@Smj8tre8390 -- enter BIOS SETUP. Some systems allow you to simultaneously use the integrated video-adapter and the add-in graphics card (with the HDMI output), while some systems automatically disable the integrated video-adapter when an add-in graphics card is detected. If possible, set the "default" video-output to be the add-in graphics card.
Also, does your display screen have multiple inputs (coaxial, component, DVI, VGA, HDMI) ?
If so, it is necessary to set the TV to "listen" to the HDMI input, instead of any of the other inputs.
