Dear HP Support Team,

 

I hope you are doing well.

 

I am the owner of an HP EliteBook 840 G3 laptop. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the BIOS password and am now unable to access the BIOS settings or proceed with boot-time configurations.

 

Here are the details of my device:

 

Product: HP EliteBook 840 G3

Issue: BIOS password locked / forgotten

Request: Kindly assist in resetting or removing the BIOS password.

I am willing to provide a valid proof of purchase or ownership document if required for verification.

Please let me know the next steps to obtain the SCBI.bin or other official method to reset the BIOS password.
