Hi:

 

See if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

With this tool you can make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

 

If your PC is not working, you will need to have access to another Windows PC that is running W7 64 bit or newer.
