HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation Desktop PC (4Y0H8AV)

Hello,

We have a HP Z2 G9 PC that was provided new already downgraded from windows 11 to windows 10 22h2. I updated the BIOS  from Version  02.02.02  to 02.03.02 (U50, 31/08/2023),  by using the executable file provided by the support.hp.com webpage. The update went thru successfully, however windows does not boot anymore, shows the blue screen with the code "Unsupported Processor".

Tried to roll back to the old Bios version creating the restore thumb drive with the executable file provided by the support.hp.com webpage and the bios tries to be updated like it's almost doing it and then, after typing in the confirmation numbers the Bios update throws error "Bios Update did not proceed because the system administrator has locked the BIOS version".

There is no BIOS password on it and all bios protection features seem to have been disabled. Error persists even after resetting the bios successfully (real time power loss POST error shown afterwards as expected).

Tried rolling back again by mounting another HDD with it's own windows version that managed to boot, and use the .exe BIOS file provided by support.hp.com webpage  and still was unable to do any roll back .

How can I force to roll back this unsupported bios update?

If it's not possible to make a roll back, how can I manage to fix the SSD drivers so it boots?

Thanks in advance!
