When starting PC in bios post I get message that my kingston SSD is S.M.A.R.T. failure and when I go to bios and do all 3 tests in smart option for that disc it sais that it is OK. My bios is 5.13 from 2010. and I have recently bought that SSD to speed up my PC. BIOS has no option to turn off that smart check. What can I do to not receive that message again?
I have found some newer BIOS (6.10) that shpuld be for my board but it sais that it is not compatible... The MB is

Google-search for "download free SPECCY".
Download, install, and run SPECCY.
Expand the "Storage" branch.
Expand the "SMART" branch.
What are the values displayed for each measuring-point that SMART is monitoring?
Note that SPECCY allows you to save its report as a '.txt' file.
Select the SMART section from that file, and upload it here.

> Is there a way to disable this check up in BIOS?
Maybe.
The SMART report shows that the SSD is capable of "SATA-3" mode, but the motherboard is limiting it to "SATA-2" mode. This is to be expected with an "older" motherboard.
The screen-capture shows a BIOS dating from 2009.
That's a time when "SATA-3" was not wide-spread.
Have you looked for an updated BIOS ?
The message is "SMART command failed". That's not the usual error-message.
I interpret that message as the BIOS is issuing a query to SMART that the SSD does not allow/support.
Again, maybe a BIOS update is necessary, to issue only those queries to SMART that the SSD allows ???

> Bios is actually from 2010. It is v5.13
From the posted image: BIOS Revision: 5.09 xxxx BIOS Date: 11/27/2009
What is the model-number of your HP computer?
Access: http://support.HP.com
and enter your model-number, to find the web-pages specific to your model.
On the "device-drivers" page, select your version of Windows (probably Vista or 7), and click "Change".
Expand the 'BIOS' section, if it exists, to look for an updated BIOS.
