I bought a HP SSD EX900 M.2 with 1 TB via internet a year ago...now the BIOS doesnßt recognize the SSD on every boot, so I put in the old and smaller original SSD from my OMEN PC and this works now stable. This means to me that there is a problem with the bigger SSD. I am trying to find a repair center in Lisbon, Portugal but without success. HP website always wants the part number which is then NOT recognized....very strange!

 

Any ideas how to find support for this?
