How old is the monitor? (Probably "very", if you are running Windows Vista)

Can you try connecting the monitor to a different desktop or laptop, to see if it still works?

The machine is booting up, the screen was mine I used which is fine. It was also tested by a computer shop. Please don't ask stupid questions.

Hi, I appreciate your help! Since the integrated one probably isn't worth replacing, is there something that could go in one of the expansion slots? What do you reccomend trying?

Note that "integrated" means that the graphics adapter is just some circuitry on the motherboard -- definitely not removable.

Yes, the PCI-E x16 slot was designed to hold a graphics adapter card.

Given that your computer was manufactured in 2007,  many brand-new graphics adapters will NOT be compatible with your motherboard.  Your best bet would be to find a "owner/operator" computer-store, that will have "pre-owned" units in their inventory, and will be willing to install one, and test it, under the assumption that you will purchase it if it works.

P.S. The images that you posted at "‎02-26-2018 07:33 AM" (Mountain time-zone) are not yet visible to me.

A "moderator" of this forum needs to "approve" each image -- to prevent "unsuitable" images from being posted.
