Usually, this problem is triggered by a damaged Windows 10 upgrade file. This does not mean that the upgrade itself is corrupted, but that some of the files may go wrong during the download or installation process. Since one of the device drivers (usually the Universal Serial Bus controller [3]) may stop or encounter compatibility issues during the upgrade, another common reason for Windows 10 upgrades is stuck on the "Select keyboard layout" screen The above is a driver problem.
