Happened twice now, can't get anything on the screen, either with mouse or keyboard. Had to pull the plug out , did this twice before it started again.
The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device ROOT\WINDOWSHELLOFACESOFTWAREDRIVER\0000.
The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device SWD\DRIVERENUM\{954bbe79-41e7-4c50-9d43-c662e8151e1c}#FWUpdateComponentDevice&8&12d98385&0
That's what the log shows not sure what that means, any suggestions? Cheers Leen

You and about 1000 others have reported the problem to microsoft
Don't bother going there. They simply say to update your drivers.
Run the HP assistant, latest version is 9.14.42.0 and check for updates
There is also the possibility that the driver cannot load because of a disk errors. Normally one would also see warnings about the disk drive also. You might run a disk check on the C drive.
