My boyfriend's ex put his computer in some type of perminet sleep mode and its constantly locking out to where i cant evan rebut it. We would really appreciate any type of answers or help we could get please help

HP w2207h is a monitor, not a HP PC. Do you have a HP PC too?

If so you could do a full wipe & re-install. If you do have a HP PC, but don't have any recovery media, you can try to download it for your model here:
