Hp notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I was doing a suggested BIOs update when it got to a reboot stage and came up with a black screen with a blue box in the middle asking me to press F1 to accept a TPM clearing or F-22 reject it. I wasn't sure which one to use, but it doesn't seem to matter because my computer is stuck on that screen no matter what I try to push I only get beeping noises. Just wondering what to do from here. I have tried turning my computer off and back on it only comes back to the screen. Someone please help.

@Kel68, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Let us try to perform a BIOS recovery and see if that works. Follow the steps from the document HP Notebook PCs - Recovering the BIOS.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@Kel68our

Thank you for the update.

In that case, I would suggest you contact phone support.

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Have a nice day!!
