I don't know if you use BitLocker or if you've tried making changes using shell commands because of the error reported in this message. In any case, this is an error related to tampering with Windows Secure Boot. However, it doesn't affect Windows Secure Boot; it simply indicates that there was an attempt to tamper with the boot process.

 

Based on the link below, my opinion is that the value “false” is what’s expected. If there were a discrepancy between the BIOS/UEFI values and the Secure Boot setting, the value would be “true,” and that’s when you’d have cause for concern.
