I recently updated my bios from F.47 to F.48, now I ran into a problem. Secure boot has turned off and does not want to turn back on no matter what I do. I can still run windows without problems, but I still want secure boot to be activated, can anyone help me?

Greetings @Tommatotje
Your PC is going to have two different, but interrelated, firmware problems that will adversely affect some gameplay.
HP has placed your M01-F2000a PC into end of development status (EOD). Please refer to this HP Site for details.
EOD means HP will not be providing future BIOS versions to update your PC's firmware.
So your PC is going to have: a TPM version problem and a Secure Boot (PK) database problem. Both problems will cause game attestation issues.
Check your PC's current Secure Boot status by following steps at this Site.
Let the Forum know what your PC's current status is.
Again, it is unlikely your PC will receive future HP BIOS updates. Enabling Secure Boot in Windows will not happen if your PC's Secure Boot status reflects: a manufacturer firmware update is required or the PC can no longer receive required updates.
You could try a Secure Boot workaround described at this Forum Thread. But your PC's MB has other issues (TPM) besides having the Windows Secure Boot disabled problem.
It is not possible to bypass the TPM 2.0 version gaming requirement at this time.
Regards

Greetings @Tommatotje
My pleasure.
That's unusual you can't check Secure Boot status in Windows Security>Device security.
I would guess msinfo reflects Secure Boot State as: off.
Can you enable BIOS Secure Boot?
You might have to purchase a new PC if you want to play certain games. I don't think there is a solution to your PC's: Secure Boot-TPM version problem.
