Microsoft Windows 11

Hi group,

Need some help: I have a Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01 and I discovered secure boot is off. From what I understand, this should be on, correct?

I bought the desktop through Amazon, so it's a new PC, several years old, out of warranty.

Last week, HP updated the bios on the computer. After that, later in the week I got a blue screen on startup saying a module had failed; I was able to get the computer back up and running.

I'm running Windows 11 Pro, Version 24H2, OS build 26100.3476. My bios version is F36.

I've never gone into my BIOS before and could use your guidance about what to do in this situation. Is the secure boot supposed to be on?

I appreciate your help. Thanks.

Just a quick update: I went into my BIOS and the secure boot option is greyed out. I don't have the option to enable it.

How do I change that?
