OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

HP OMEN 30L – Secure Boot Platform Key will not enroll after BIOS F.23 update

Product: 328S8AA#ABA
System Board: 8876 (Hana)
BIOS: Updated successfully from F.19 to F.23 using SP162998

Windows boots in UEFI mode, but Secure Boot remains off. In BIOS, Secure Boot is enabled, but Platform Key = Not Enrolled.

I have tried:

  • Load HP Factory Default Keys
  • Save and reboot
  • Reset Security Defaults
  • Clear All Secure Boot Keys, then Load HP Factory Default Keys

In every case, the pending action completes after reboot, but Platform Key remains Not Enrolled.

msinfo32: Secure Boot State = Off
Elevated PowerShell: Confirm-SecureBootUEFI = False

I need the supported procedure for restoring/enrolling the factory Secure Boot Platform Key on BIOS F.23 for system board 8876.
