The HP Z2 Mini G5 Workstation backplate below has a serial number on it that cannot be searched on HP's website, most of our machines of the same model cannot be searched either. We think there may be a warranty so we want to get it fixed, but the SN isn't working, and the machine will not turn on to verify.
Any Ideas?

When I enter the info you posted on the HP warranty check website, I get this message:
We were unable to match your product based on the information provided
One or more of the following pieces of information you submitted is incorrect. Please review this information and correct any errors.
However, the serial number indicates the PC was manufactured in 2022 during the week of January 17 - January 23rd.
The 203 in the serial number identifies the year and week of manufacture.
The label shows a 3-year warranty, so the warranty would have expired in January.
The PC exists in the HP Partsurfer database, but that is all the information I can provide since this is a peer-to-peer forum and we don't work for or represent HP.
