That is great news that the BIOS update allowed the 32 GB of memory to work.

 

The flash drive I use to update the BIOS is only 1 GB.

 

That is correct.  Drives >32 GB have to be formatted in NTFS normally.

 

Also you cannot save a single file larger than 4 GB on a FAT 32 file system.

 

You should be all set then.  If it is working fine now, it should work fine all the time.
