Product: Slimline HP PC 270-a016 - I do own this.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I own a
PC 270-a016 and have a 24 digit Failure ID but can't find a place in HP support to learn what the Failure ID means. Help please.

Hello,
The test found a problem with your hard drive and it may need to be replaced. If possible, back up your personal files to a flash drive or external hard drive as soon as you can.

The procedure for replacing the hard disk drive can be found in the HP manual below.
