My all-in-1 has become very slow and on boot up I keep getting this message: Dell encryption is preventing upgrade to a version of Windows 10 that it does not support. contact Support for assistance. Does anyone know what this means and/or how I fix it?

@L8yJay -- Dell encryption is preventing upgrade to a version of Windows 10 that it does not support. contact Support for assistance.
Is your computer a Dell computer, or are you just running some "disk-encryption" software that was authored by Dell?
Does anyone know what this means, and/or how I fix it?
Upgrade to the most-recent version of that Dell software, and retry the update.
Or, uninstall that Dell software, restart your computer, and retry the update. Then, after the update, reinstall the Dell software.
