You may have to contact HP tech support to get that error code explained
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
hp worldwide contact https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
check warrany https://support.hp.com/us-en/check-warranty
l might be able to advise you if you are more specific about the problem. What is the symptom?
If you attach a USB keyboard does the external keyboard have the problem?
ls there any obvious damage to the keyboard?

hi, thanks for the response,
yes if I connect an external keyboard, its working fine.
in numbers only 5 and 6 are working rest of the keys are not responding at all, all normal alphabets are working fine.
Right arrow and Down arrow keys are not working either.
Thanks

I assume your system is not in warranty. Unaccountably, I was unable to find 14-Ce0505sa at the below parts list
https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer/ the best I could lookup was "14-ce" which provided keyboard part L19191-001
Please go to that partsurfer and put in your product ID and see if a better keyboard part is listed.
Disassembly and replacement of HP 14-ce can be found on youtube
