HP 190
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP 190 desktop and I cannot find the setting to have it automatically start up after the power goes off.

Power-off your computer. Power-on your computer, and look for a message like "Press <blah> to enter BIOS SETUP". Press that key. Somewhere within BIOS SETUP should be an option to automatically start when the power is restored.

Unfortunately that option isn't in the HP-190 BIOS, I have looked in every screen.  This PC has UEFI, so I have to get to the BIOS through a restart from Win 10.

If the disk-drive is temporarily disconnected (power cable & data cable) from the motherboard, and you power-on the computer, it should be easy to enter BIOS SETUP mode.

Unfortunately, there are no power options in the BIOS on a HP 190.
