Product: HPE510NL
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Immediately after switch onthe grey screen with technical data appears and after that in a few seconds  the blue screen with switch on  ( inschakel ) password  appears. I can't stop this screen. But all passwords I have/had  don't be recognized.  I can't get into the bios,  F2, F8, F10 and also Shift   don't work ( no reaction) because of the blue screen 

appears in 1 sec. 

What's going on.  Please help

Are you able to put in a password? If so, you may want to try researching some password recovery methods. If you need, I can  provide those in further detail.

 

Also, are you using a wireless keyboard? From my understanding, wireless transmitters only begin working after the OS has booted, thus are incapable of accessing the bios.

 

It would also be beneficial if you could link the product documentation page. To confirm, your PC is the HPE-510nl? I can't seem to find any documentation on it, but that could be my own mistake and someone else may be able to give you more relevant advice.

 

If nothing I said works, let me know and it may also help to provide some further information, particularly describing the screens that show up on your computer.
