Hi again, I hope all are well and happy! Todays problem is that I got the start up code Bad System Config Info which led me to turn the machine on and off three times to get to the Starting repair page that led to a place to pick my keyboard.

When I turned on the pc this morning the page from the net was still up so I assumed I shut it off  wrong for this to still be there along with the Recovery Notice. It took several tries to shut them off  to no avail so I turned off the pc which was the wrong thing to do. When I went to turn it bACK ON IT WENT THROUGH THE START UP JARGEN TELLING ME WHO MADE THE PC AND ALL THE INFO THEN TO THE BIOS PART AND SAID i COULD GO TO f10 BUT i NEEDED A pw TO GET IN THERE. oN TO THE wINDOS LOGO THEN IT (sorry about the all caps, was watching my hands instead of the screen...bad girl) read that the repair was starting...immediately went past the square where the command prompt screen would be (it flashed by) to the blue screen that asked me for the country the keyboard was in.

At the time the screen read that thee repair was starting the keyboard and the mouse went dead so I cannot do anything past that point except turn it off and try again. I unplugged everything for a few minutes and replugged  to start again and the same thing happened.

Anybody got any clues to what I should do besides get out the big hammer? 🙂
