Blue screen message. Message Hard Disk Error. (3F1). Ran full (extensive) hard disk test several times. No fault found. What to do next?

Hi,

You have a small 2.5 inch 128 GB SATA SSD and a 1 TB platter HDD. The operating system would be on the faster SATA SSD.

HP Diagnostics should detect and check two storage devices. Diagnostics would pass if only the platter HDD is detected and checked for errors.

I would guess the SSD has failed or check/reseat connections to the drive.

Regards
