HP Recommended

I got my HP prodesk 400 G6 small form factor PC. Not starting. No light no nothing. Checked out and when I unplugged power cable to CPU, 3 long and 4 short beeps occur. It's must be a CPU problem. Tested with different power supply but same problem. Anyone please assist.
