The Factory description for Startup Menu is slightly different than mine...see the picture of it.
How do I change the BOOT order, in the BOOT menu/F9 or in the Computer Setup/F10?
My goal is to test Macrium Reflect rescue disc in the first place, and just in case as a second option to boot from a USB recovery drive.
My system BIOS is LEGACY type.
What the UTILITIES do?
If I want to change to UEFI type then how do I it?

You have to go into Settings (F10) and look for an entry that lists the default drive order -- not the Boot Devices menu.
Also, if your PC is now booting in Legacy mode and you change the BIOS to UEFI mode, it will not longer boot.
