Hello. I have already attempted the troubleshooting fixes suggested online (CMOS Reset 502), but cannot get my PC to reboot in safe mode. It keeps looping from HP logo loading screen to the "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart error message enters a loop" and the CTRL+B/Power method does not work. It is stuck in this loop no matter what I do. Also, cannot at the product to my devices on my HP account because it keeps saying the serial number is invalid (I have it written correctly, triple checked!). Product ID number doesn't work, either.
Apparently HP hates their customers because their website support department is a bunch of automated phone tree **bleep** that doesn't help, and there's no way to contact anyone until I can call a support number tomorrow. Hopefully someone here can help me before that...

Hi @Brantich
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
Keep me posted.
