Product number 9vg61pa#acj , my laptop is continuously getting stopcode errors, I have tried almost every solution available on YouTube and Google. The code to be run in command prompt given in solution, doesn't work in my case. It says this type of file does not exist or any such similar response, I have been facing this issue since the last two days , I want a solution instantly. The stop code error is critical_process_died and bad system config info please give me the solution as soon as possible.

A stopcode is generated when a severe hardware or critical software error is found.
Can you pass diagnostics?
Press ESC and run hardware diagnostics. Is the disk drive good?
If diagnostics fails then is the system in warranty? https://support.hp.com/us-en/check-warranty

What code is it? What is the name of the file that does not exist?
Can you boot into windows safe mode?

if you can get into windows, either normal or safe mode then try file repair using administrator prompt
If the above does now not work you can boot a recovery USB and try doing a repair. Your system has a cloud recovery tool and instructions are here
If you decide to run the recovery tool and do an install, then be sure to specify that documents be preserved. Try doing the startup repair first and a full install only if you have backup of important documents.
