Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey im a first time builder i put together this build but its stuck on the "press esc to startup" and i saw on another page here that i had to clear the bios but i have no clue what a bios cap is or whatever on my motherboard where the diagram shows it, it is just bare 6 pins and no "cap" so do i need to buy one or what.

I meant cmos, cmos cap i need to clear it or something idk.
