Tough to say what is happening without more information.
Could be a W11 problem or a hardware problem. Any screen info before the PC restarts?
I would start hardware troubleshooting by running HP Diagnostics. Tap "ESC" at startup. Select "F2". Run system tests.
Did you update to W11? If yes, do you have a W10 backup you could restore to see what happens?
