hello! so I have a problem with my computer, I have windows 10, and a few days ago I accidentally pressed the power button on the case of the PC while windows was updating something, so the PC shuts down, I booted it up, aaaand...it now stays stuck on the HP Logo, it doesn't even reach the windows logo, please help me, this is the only PC I have and I just realized it doesn't have a CD tray..is there any way to fix this issue? I did a memory test, everything was fine, I also did a HDD test, everything was also fine...please help me.
PC Specs:
Intel Core i5-4570 3.20GHz
8GB RAM
Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
Intel HD Graphics 4600
TOSHIBA HDD 500GB

This will need a working computer, so talk to a friend or go to the library to use on of their computers. You will also need a blank USB stick 8GB.
If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make the USB. Use this new media to boot the computer. When you get to the opening screen that shows Windows 10, click on the "Repair your computer"
There will be some additional screens after that. When the screen gives you the "Troubleshoot screen" and the "Advanced options", click on Advanced Options.
Pick Startup Repairs and let it do its thing.
It that does not work, There are some other steps to try additional repairs but are more complicated.
Or you can use this same media to reinstall Windows 10.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
I'm not an HP employee.
