Product: HP Pavilion 15t-cs200 CTO

My laptop Hp Pavilion blue screened and when restarted will show the hp logo with the loading icon and get stuck. when powered down twice it starts an automatic repair which eventually leads to not helping. And now it just loads to a lit black screen no cursor. The display works fine since all the diagnostic tools showed perfectly. I tried restoring it to a older version it did not work either. I can see the cursor but just a black screen.

 

Edit:

I got it to work but now when it start it is EXTREMELY slow, i am talking like 15 mins just to search something in the search bar, and, most of the time it just starts saying Not Responding to any app i have open or try to close. Task manager showed 100% disc usage and 0% for both of my GPUs
