Stuck on "restoration incomplete"

Product: HP All-in-One - 22-b226

C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe says(in window titled the former); "the system can't find the drive specified" , then recovery manager restoration incomplete...I know very little more than basic early 90's high school education about computers, lol, & an trying to solve issue for my 70yr old uncle .. Who lives on and ribs churches from this computer, with little or no money to replace.. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Click on Save log and exit the recovery manager window and let your computer restart.
