Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am having an issue finding the right setting that will allow me to boot windows with external hdds attached. I have updated my BIOS to the most recent version (V03.08).  I have converted my C: Drive from MBR to GPT as a potential solution I read on another thread to get the UEFI boot options. I've disabled usb boot from the uefi boot order, attempted using legacy as well with usb disabled.. and a few other settings. Anybody have any ideas here?
