HP Recommended

 I don't know if this is outside your remit. I have contacted support 4 times as I have anew new computer which is dead. Each give a case number each claims they will call back. NONE have. I have tried to get a replacement. Filled the correct info  and was given a day for collection. A few hours later I got an email saying it would confirm collection. NOTHING. and now dont even have it listed online anymore. 

I paid £1168 at start of the month for this. including 3 years warranty. Anyone know who or how I can get a number in uk to sort this out please.
