Sure Start 520 error

Sure Start Recovery HP Sure Start detected an unauthorized intrusion to the HP runtime system firmware out of main memory. [520].  I had to reinstall Windows 10. Load Bios update nothing worked. Tried various HP utilities still nothing worked. System still pause a gives the error message.

I down load the bios update (SP 161689), according to the Security Bulletin. Did nothing! Have the same error
