Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP PC Model Number TS-4351-8H-W8EN

System Crashed during normal operation and does not post when trying to restart.

PC turns on, but nothing happens. I replaced the hard drive and tested the RAM, but nothing changed.

I updated the BIOS as per a message from HP a couple of weeks ago, but the system worked then.

I don't think the problem is with the operating system, because BIOS does not start at all.

If the system does not even POST, then how are you testing the RAM?

I replaced the RAM and replaced the following items:

Motherboard, power supply, hard drive, AMD processor, video card keyboard and mouse.

I should have just bought another computer! What else can I do, but trash it?

You actually would have been better off replacing the PC. Why? Because the Windows product key for the preloaded Windows version is tied to the firmware on the mothetboard and when you changed boards, you basically threw away the license -- and HP will not provide a second one.  This means not only will Windows be deactivated, it will also not reactivate and since this is an OEM version, even if you buy a license, that will not work because you can't buy the OEM license this copy of Window needs.  So that means you have to not only buy a license, but you also have to replace Windows with the version matching the license you bought.

Two things concerning your post.

1. There was no change to the inability to post after changing everything! It should have started BIOS and Windows 10 if changing all of the components fixed the issue.

2. If the replacement processor or some other component other than the motherboard fixed the issue, I would have gone back to the original motherboard and not have an issue with the product key.

At this point, it will never load anything since the BOIS does not post.
