I purchased the HP Pc with 3 year care pack from HP and it was delivered on 13th March 2018

The 90B errors started on 14th March 2018 and have persisted ever since.

Hi,

I tried your much appreciated support link.

Since the 3 year care pack expired in march 2021, I was not presented with support options.

No phone number to call, no email address to contact, nothing.

I just need replacement or compatible fans, I am in London, England.
