Hi @Petroleum1997

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

I understand the HP Z2 Tower G9 Workstation is starting in Manufacturing Program Mode and key BIOS identification fields, including the Feature Byte, Build ID, serial number, and product SKU, appear to be missing.

Because these system-specific BIOS values are not available to retrieve from the current BIOS information, they should not be guessed or copied from another workstation. For this condition, the appropriate next step is to have the system checked by an HP service center, where the required system identification information can be reviewed and the appropriate service procedure performed.

Please use the link below and enter the required location details to find the nearest HP service center and check its availability:

HP Service Center Locator

Since the computer is out of warranty, we recommend calling the service center before visiting to confirm availability and any applicable service charges.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
