Product: HP 290 G4 microtower pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have installed Windows 10 on my new hp desktops (HP 290 G4 microtower pc). After installation the system do not start. I want to know the problem.please help me

Starting and booting are different problems.

 

We need details of what happens and what you see when you turn on the PC.
