Product: Compaq Presario All-in-One CQ1-1020IX Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

As I turn on the PC, it is showing Green, Red, Blue and Black color and repeating this again and again. System is not showing any response or any wordings. So kindly help me to get into the boot menu, so that I can access the system.

This sound like the HP  built in test

During one phase of the test colors will cycle through the screen and it is not possible to stop till the test is completed

 

Not sure why the test is running when the power is turned on.  Disconnect the keyboard then turn the power on. 

 

Does not look good, sorry!
