Pavilion 570-p094
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My recently purchased Pavilion 570-p094  Desktop PC  stopped booting. The Recovery screen says “a required device isn’t connected or can’t be accessed” ... Error code 0xc0000185
Does this code indicate that the 256GB SSD is corrupt and can not be accessed or that the Window 10 OS that resides on the SSD is corrupt?
The screen also says “contact your PC manufacturer”

-- The “Recovery Screen”  is displayed when the PC tower's "on" button is pushed.
--The F1 and F8 keys do nothing
-- ESC key works ... to access UEFI hardware diagnostics version 6.4.0.0

Thoughts on what the issue(s) might be ?
Thank you in advance.

Here's a tutorial from 'The Windows Club' at this link.

If you have your important files backed up it might be easier to just do a Windows 10 re-install.
