Hello everyone! I just got my Chromebook not too long ago and it was purchased by my relative in the US. My Chromebook product is Chromebook 14a-na1043cl and it has two type-c charging ports I notice when I was about to charge it the right side of the charging port is not working but the left side is completely fine. Any advice? You can see that there is light in it and it's charging.
No light and not charging at all.

I only learned recently that HP sells ChromeBooks. I thought google sold them.
The specification for your system shows that both USB-C ports can be used for charging
If in warrantee take it in for repair.
Damage to USB ports can easily occur due to the cord being tripped on or pulled accidently. I suspect that is not covered by warrantee.
I recommend you obtain one of those magnetic USB-C charging adapters. The magnet snaps off the adapter to prevent damage and pops back on when placed back. In addition there is no need to plug and unplug the adapter. They can be found on Amazon, Walmart and retail outlets depending on your location.
Is the non charging part working for data transfer?
