Update: I tried to do a system test ( photo), what do I need to do next?
Hello, what do I need to do with my PC in this situation, I try to press Entern but nothing is happening for a few minutes. F8 also didn't help, I didn't know more about the system of computers and I don't want to lose the information that I have it on it. Please someone help in this situation!!!!

When I press F8 I have this message but nothing happens, I need your help choosing to open my PC safely.

You've got at least two serious issues here ...
First, according to the screen you have a failed battery with a blown fuse. If the fuse is in the charger, the charger needs to be replaced. If it is in the PC, I know of no way to replace that.
Second, the error code means that the boot files have become corrupted and that most commonly happens when the internal drive starts to fail. But it looks like from the screen, the diagnostics failed on the quick test -- so the drive would need to be replaced.
Before you spend a lot of money and time on the drive and Windows, you should see about replacing the battery. Once you have a working battery, you can then try to boot into Windows and run diagnostics on the charger. If the PC does not boot into Windows with a new battery, then it is beyond repair.
