The RFID card reader blocks the start of the computer.

HP ProDesk 600 G2. The computer can not be started when the RFID card reader (Unique R10D) is connected to the USB port. It is not even possible to start the Bios. The reader can be connected only after the system has been started (Windows 7 Pro).
Bios is updated to the latest version.
Current Bios settings in Advanced -> Security Boot Configuration: legacy support = enabled; security boot = disabled.
